Clear Communication

Add mobile and offline capabilities to the existing ITSM system, HEAT. Field technicians and customers need to be able to communicate while on the move and very easily log incidents, using rich media such as voice, video, photo, audio recordings etc.​

The Solution


Extended the customers support processes to mobile and fully integrated these processes into the customer’s ITSM system using an ESB.​

The Outcome

Log Incidents in the Field

Allows customers to quickly and easily log incidents in the field​
for support staff to action. The support staff will be assigned, scheduled and dispatched creating complete traceability across companies ​
doing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support. In essence – a customer centric service experience.​​
